Cylindrical roller bearing
This kind of roller is mainly used in cylindrical roller bearings, but also can be used directly in machinery roller components. This kind of roller has been standardized in size and can be used as commodity roller for design and user selection.
Needle bearing
This kind of roller is mainly used in needle roller bearings, universal joint needle roller bearings and thrust needle roller bearings. It can also be directly used in machinery. This kind of roller has been serialized in size for design selection. According to the need of bearing structure, the shape of the two ends of the needle roller is conical, flat and round.
Tapered roller bearing
It is a circular truncated cone. Its cone angle is usually 1 ~4 20', and also less than 1 or more than 4 20', mostly 2. Roller length generally does not exceed twice the diameter of the large end of the roller. This kind of roller is mostly used in tapered roller bearings, and the roller with large taper angle is basically used in thrust tapered roller bearings.
Spherical roller bearing
The rolling surface of the roller is spherical. The bearings with this kind of roller have automatic alignment performance and can withstand large loads. Spherical roller can be divided into asymmetric and symmetrical shapes. Generally, large asymmetrical ends are spherical, and both ends of symmetrical forms are flat. The symmetrical spherical roller has better performance, while the asymmetrical roller is eliminated. This kind of roller is used for self-aligning roller bearings and thrust self-aligning roller bearings.
